Team Member Quickstart
Your admin added you to the team. Spend 3 minutes here so meetings land on your calendar — and never on top of something you're already busy with.
Go to teamschedulerpro.com/app and sign in with the email and password from your welcome email. Change your password after your first login.
Didn't get credentials? Ask your admin to turn on Login Access for you — they can resend your invite.
Connect your calendar
This is the important one. Open Calendars and connect your Google and/or Microsoft/Outlook account. Once connected, TeamSchedulerPro can:
- see when you're already busy, so you never get double-booked, and
- drop new bookings straight onto your calendar with the video link attached.
You can connect more than one calendar — for example work and personal — and all of them are checked for conflicts. If you have several, pick a primary for each provider; that's the calendar new meetings are written to.
Set your hours & availability
Under your profile, set the times you're open to take meetings:
- Working hours & days — e.g. Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm.
- Time zone — so clients always see slots in their own local time.
- Buffer (optional) — a gap before/after meetings so they're not back-to-back.
- Minimum notice (optional) — how far ahead someone must book.
Know how meetings reach you
You don't have to do anything to "claim" meetings — your admin assigns you to meeting types, and bookings come to you automatically:
- Round-robin — the system rotates fairly among the assigned team, picking whoever's free and next in line.
- Collective — you're booked only when everyone required is free at the same time.
- Single person — meetings for that type always come to you.
Either way, you'll get an email and a calendar invite when you're booked.
See your bookings
Your Dashboard shows what's coming up — today, this week, and the next 30 days. Each booking has the client's details, the video/phone location, and links to reschedule or cancel if plans change.
